What is a 2D Plan

2D Plan is a pictorial representation of your building in two dimensions,usually the x and y coordinates is used.In technical words a sectional plane cutting through the building at four feet height from base.

What are the units used

We provide both metric and imperial unit system, depending on the clients needs we provide the dimensions, Architectural units usually involve in feets and inches and Engineering units usually involve meters and millimeters.


Are the plans scaled proportionally

Yes, Usually all the drafts are scaled down for drafting purposes, Diagrams that are marked as not to scale at the bottom of the worksheet are not scaled to a fixed value.

Is Vaastu incorporated

Yes, Mostly the design involves in the position of the rooms as per South Indian Vaastu ideology. But again, it depends on the client's taste. In-depth vaastu ideologies are not incorporated. In case the client needs them, they can consult a vaastu specialist and those ideas are incorporated within the plan as needed.

How do we charge

Pricing is available per square foot measure. Also the price scale varies with the degree of complexity and revision process.
